The Team

Lisa has vast experience in SME support having worked with business support agencies which include Business Link, The West Yorkshire Enterprise Agency and A4e and latterly managing a three year project working with people with mental health issues to establish their own social businesses. Lisa is a hand-son manager and works directly with companies to deliver the Health Means Business programme. Her friendly and understanding manner allows her to work equally well with managers in the boardroom or employees on the factory floor.

Carol has 25 years experience of all aspects of financial management as well as business planning and strategic management of voluntary sector organisations.

She spent the first fifteen years of her career working in accounting practice. This work mainly involved accounts preparation, audit of accounts for a variety of organisations including sole traders, partnerships, limited companies and a number of charities and not for profit organisations and the completion of corporation and personal tax returns.

Carol has been Finance Manager at Royds since January 2008. She is also currently on the management committee of a charity which offers outreach support to women experiencing domestic abuse.
